Service Description
Lift, Push, and pull. In this upper body strength class, we sculpt the arms, chest, shoulders, and back while firing up the core. You'll build definition, increase upper-body power, and leave standing taller with the confidence of wearing your crown.

Cancellation Policy
Classes must be booked in advance to allow proper preparation. Classes canceled with less than 2-hour notice or a no show may result in a $15 cancellation fee. Health liability form is required t your first class. Classes with less than two members booked may be canceled.
